On the main page of whoever you're looking at, there is a button to press just right of the number of deviations tab that says "watch this deviant. Click it, and down the line you will stuff next to your name when you log in telling you that there are new deviations up. I like to watch a lot of artists and that' a great way to see what they're up to. Also you should look around and mark some favorites.
